Arthritis affects 10 million people in the UK. But all too often, it’s seen as an inevitable part of ageing, dismissed by doctors as ‘just a bit of arthritis’. It’s not right.The truth, for too many people, is relentless pain and a struggle to find the answers, care and treatment they need. Working as one half of their Mass Marketing Fundraising creative team, I’ve helped to launch their brand new supporter magazine ‘All of Us’, championing the scientists and people with arthritis as the cover stars. Plus year-round fundraising appeals and campaigns demanding an end to agonising hospital waiting times.
